Fenwal THERMOSWITCH® Model 01-017023-000-0T Stainless Steel has a temperature range of -100-600° Fahrenheit and the contacts (NO) close on temperature rise. The outer shell of high expanding metal expands on temperature rise causing the internal low-expanding metal struts to change and open the contacts. 8-10 inch lead wires are provided. The Fenwal Code 01 17002 switches are rated for 10 amps resistive and are designed to be inserted into the material being sensed, and this could just be atmosphere. The Fenwal 17000 series THERMOSWITCHES are UL listed and CSA certified.
Note: The Stainless Steel 17023-0 replaces the 17021-0 Brass Fenwal THERMOSWITCH®. All the brass switches were discontinued in 2018. All Fenwal 17023-0 can be factory set to a unique temperature. The Fenwal THERMOSWITCH® part number is 01-017023-000-0T.
